1. Log in to Zapier and click "Create" then "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger" to define what event from Facebook will start your automation.

3. Click "Facebook Lead Ads."

4. Select "New Lead" as your trigger event.

5. Connect your Facebook account and choose which lead form to monitor. Test it to make sure Zapier can detect new leads.

6. Add MailerLite as the Action App.

7. Select an action event, like "Create or Update Subscriber".

8. Connect your MailerLite account.

9. Map Facebook lead data (such as name, email, phone number) to the corresponding MailerLite subscriber fields.

10. Run a test to verify that Facebook leads are properly syncing with MailerLite.

11. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
