Guide

1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create" and select "Zaps" to start the automation.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for and select Mailchimp as the trigger app.

4. Choose a trigger event such as "New Subscriber" or "Updated Subscriber," depending on when you want to sync data.

5. Connect your Mailchimp account to Zapier.

6. Select the Mailchimp audience you want to monitor for new or updated contacts.

7. Run a test to ensure that Zapier detects Mailchimp audience data correctly.

8. Add HubSpot as the Action App.

9. Choose an action event such as "Create or Update Contact."

10. Connect your HubSpot account to Zapier.

11. Map the Mailchimp subscriber fields (e.g., email, first name, last name) to the corresponding HubSpot contact properties.

12. Run a test to verify that the audience data from Mailchimp syncs correctly to HubSpot contacts.

13. Click "Publish" to turn on your Zap and automate the sync between Mailchimp and HubSpot.
