Sync Teams events with Zoom meetings using Zapier



Guide

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

  2. Click "Trigger."

  3. Search for Microsoft Teams and select it.

  4. Choose a trigger event.

  5. Connect your Microsoft Teams account, then test your trigger.

  6. Add Zoom as the Action App.

  7. Select an action event, such as "Create Meeting."

  8. Connect your Zoom account.

  9. Map Teams event details (e.g., title, start time, description) to Zoom fields.

  10. Run a test to verify Zoom meetings are created from Teams events.

  11. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
