Trigger email campaigns from Google Forms with Mailchimp



Guide

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to start.

  2. Click "Trigger."

  3. Search for and select Google Forms as the trigger app.

  4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Response in Spreadsheet."

  5. Connect your Google account to Zapier.

  6. Select the Google Form response sheet you want to monitor.

  7. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects the data correctly.

  8. Add Mailchimp as the Action App.

  9. Choose an action event, such as "Add Subscriber" or "Send Campaign."

  10. Connect your Mailchimp account to Zapier.

  11. Select the Mailchimp audience where new contacts will be added and map Google Forms responses (e.g., name, email) to the Mailchimp fields.

  12. Run a test to verify that new Google Forms submissions trigger the correct email campaign.

  13. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
