1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for RingCentral and select it.

4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Call Received" or "Missed Call".

5. Connect your RingCentral account and select the phone number to monitor.

6. Add Microsoft Teams as the Action App.

7. Select an action event.

8. Connect Microsoft Teams, map RingCentral call details, test, and publish your Zap.
