1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger".

3. Search for Microsoft Outlook and select it.

4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Email" or "New Contact".

5. Connect your Outlook account and select the mailbox or calendar to monitor.

6. Click "Action" and search for Brevo to add it as your action app.

7. Select an action event, such as "Add or Update Contact" or "Send Email".

8. Connect your Brevo account when prompted. You'll need your API key from Brevo's integration settings.

9. Map Outlook data (e.g., name, email, event details) to Brevo fields.

10. Run a test to verify that Outlook data syncs correctly with Brevo.

11. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
