Connect HubSpot CRM to Notion for centralized customer data



Guide

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to begin.

  2. Click "Trigger" and search for Notion to select it.

  3. Choose a trigger event, such as "Updated Database Item" or "New Database Item," depending on when you want updates sent to HubSpot.

  4. Authorize Zapier to access your Notion account.

  5. Select the Notion database containing the project status to monitor.

  6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects updates in the Notion database.

  7. Add HubSpot as the action app.

  8. Choose an action event, such as "Create Contact," "Update Contact," or "Update Deal," depending on how you want to sync the data.

  9. Authorize Zapier to access your HubSpot account.

  10. Select the HubSpot object (e.g., Contact, Deal) to update with project status.

  11. Run a test to verify that project status updates are correctly synced to HubSpot.

  12. Once the test is successful, turn on your Zap to automate the synchronization process.
