Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
From the drop-down menu, select 'Send survey'.
In the 'Collect Responses' tab, select the collector.
Scroll down to the survey settings and look for 'Custom thank you'. Click on it and you can write your own custom message.
