How Do I Change a SurveyMonkey Survey Into Quiz Mode

Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
From the drop-down menu, select 'Edit survey'.
In the 'Design Survey' tab, click on the 'Options' menu located at the right side of the SurveyMonkey toolbar.
From the 'Options' menu, go to the 'Quiz' option and click on it.
Enable the quiz mode by sliding the button to the right.
That's it! Quiz Mode helps turn surveys into quizzes by enabling correct answers, scores, and result messaging.
