1. Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.

2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Edit survey'.

3. In the 'Design Survey' section, select a question and click 'Edit'.

4. Click 'Matrix/Rating Scale'. This option allows respondents to select more than one answer from the choices you provide.

5. When creating your question, select 'Use Checkboxes' under the question type. This will allow respondents to check more than one answer.

6. After creating your question and setting the multiple selection rules, click 'Save'.

7. Click 'Preview survey'.

8. And that’s it! This setup allows your respondents to select multiple answers.
