How to Cancel SurveyMonkey Subscription

1. Click your username in the upper-right corner.

2. Select 'My Account'.

3. Click the 'Billing Details' tab.

4. Under the 'Billing Profile' section, go to 'Auto-renew' and click 'Cancel'.

5. Make sure to review the cancellation terms and date your account will downgrade. Click the check box.

6. Confirm the action by clicking the option 'Yes, cancel my subscription'.
