1. On the dashboard, find the survey whose name you want to change. Click on the survey title to open it.

2. Once inside the survey, click the 'Design Survey' tab.

3. At the top of the page, you’ll see the current survey title. Click directly on the title to edit it.

4. Type the new survey name in the title field.

5. Click 'Save' to save the new survey name.

6. Now, your survey will appear with the updated name both in your dashboard and for anyone responding to it.
