Guide

1. Go to your Zendesk account and find the gear icon in the left sidebar.

2. In the settings page, find Apps and integrations.

3. Look for Zendesk Support apps under Apps.

4. Now, click on the Marketplace button on the top right.

5. Search for Salesforce and click on it.

6. Hit Install.

7. Select the account to install the app.

8. Hit Install.

9. You will find Salesforce under Currently Installed tab.
