1. Log in to your Typeform account at typeform.com to get started with your form creation journey.

2. Click the "Create Typeform" button to start building your new form.

3. Browse through available templates or select "Start from scratch" if you've got your own vision in mind.

4. Click to add your elements or questions.

5. Click “Add Content” to insert text, images, or other elements into your form.

6. Select "Multiple Choice" from the question type menu to give your respondents clear options to choose from.

7. Mix it up with different question types like Short Text, Long Text, or Yes/No to gather exactly the info you need.

8. Go to the Design panel to customize the look and feel.

9. Select a font that matches the tone of your form.

10. Add a background image or color that complements your design without distracting from your questions.

11. Click "Save changes" once done.

12. Click "Share" and grab your link to share your Typeform with the world.
