Salesforce - how to delete an opportunity

Head over to Opportunities in the menu bar on the top.
You will find all your opportunities listed over here.
Click on the opportunity you want to delete.
Click on Delete button on the top right side of the page.
Click on the Delete button on the pop-up dialog.
You will get a prompt saying your Opportunity <name> was deleted.
