Guide

1. Open your survey by clicking the ellipsis icon.

2. Click 'Edit survey' to embed the audio.

3. In the question text or text block, add your question and click the media icon located at the formatting toolbar.

4. To embed audio, select 'Embed'.

5. Copy the embed code for the audio player and paste the embed code in the empty field.

6. Click 'OK' to confirm the action.

7. That's it! You have successfully added an embed audio file in SurveyMonkey.
