1. Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.

2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Edit survey'.

3. Add a supportive question type to the very beginning of page 1.

4. Go to the 'Collect Responses tab'.

5. Select 'Send surveys your way'.

6. Select 'Send by email'.

7. Make sure the 'Embed first question' toggle is on.

8. Write an introductory message or instructions above the embedded question.

9. Click 'Next'.

10. By embedding the first question, you can boost response rates and make it easier for recipients to engage with your survey.
