1. Go to your draft survey and click 'Send survey'.

2. Under the 'Collect responses' tab, click 'Send surveys your way'.

3. Select 'Embed on a site'.

4. Select 'Embedded Survey'.

5. Click 'Copy code'.

6. By following these steps, it allows the survey to be embedded directly into your site, giving users the ability to take it without leaving your page.

7. Add the embed code to your website by pasting the SurveyMonkey embed code in the appropriate section of your HTML file.
