1. Open your Squarespace website and go to the page where you want to embed the survey.

2. In the Squarespace editor, click the “+” button to add a new block.

3. Choose the 'Embed' block from the list.

4. Click the empty field and add the code or URL.

5. Go to your SurveyMonkey account and copy the generated link of your survey by clicking 'Copy URL'.

6. Paste the link from SurveyMonkey into the link area.

7. You may also select 'Code Snippet'.

8. Click 'Embed data'.

9. Paste the code into the code area.

10. Click 'Save' and test the button to make sure it redirects users to your SurveyMonkey survey.

11. By following these steps, you can easily embed SurveyMonkey into Squarespace.
