Go to your LinkedIn Page or Profile and click 'Event'.
Upload a cover image for your event.
Click 'Apply'.
Choose the event type.
Add the event name in the empty field.
Select a timezone for your event.
Set and select a start date and time of the event.
Add an end date and time.
Make sure to add an external event link for your meeting.
Add a description of what the event is about.
Add speakers as a guest to your event.
Click 'Next'.
Click 'Post' to publish your event.
