How to Integrate Airtable with Outlook

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.

  2. Select 'Zaps' from the list of available options.

  3. Tap 'Trigger' to start the integration process.

  4. Search for 'Airtable' and then select it as the Trigger App.

  5. Choose your preferred 'Trigger Event' afterwards.

  6. Next, log into your Airtable account to proceed.

  7. Specify the Airtable workspace you prefer to use and then click 'Grant Access'.

  8. After that, fill out the input fields with the required information.

  9. Once done, tap 'Test' to continue.

  10. Search for 'Microsoft Outlook' afterwards, then select it as the Action App.

  11. Subsequently, click the drop-down menu and then choose your desired 'Action Event'.

  12. Tap 'Sign In' and then log into your Outlook account to proceed.

  13. Provide all the required information based on your preferences.

  14. Once done, tap 'Test' to authorize and publish the integration.

  15. After completing these steps, your Airtable account will be integrated instantly with Outlook.
