1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Asana" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose an event under Asana.

5. Sign in to your Asana account then click "Continue."

6. Choose a value under "Workspace/ Organization" then click "Continue" to proceed.

7. Click "Test trigger."

8. Click "Continue with selected record."

9. Search and select "Quickbooks Online" as the action app. This is a Pro feature so you may need to buy a plan to proceed.

10. Choose an event under Quickbooks.

11. Click on the dropdown to customize then select "Yes, Continue to Quickbooks Online."

12. After signing in to your Quickbooks account, select a company then hit "Next."

13. Click "Connect" to grant Zapier access to your Quickbooks.

14. Answer the question, then click "Submit."

15. Complete and customize the required fields to proceed.

16. Click “Test step.”

17. After testing the step, click "Publish" to complete the integration.
