1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Calendly" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose a trigger event.

5. Sign in to your Calendly account and click "Continue."

6. Select a "Webhook subscription scope" to continue.

7. Click “Test trigger.”

8. Search and select “Flodesk" as the action app.

9. Choose an action event.

10. Sign in to your Flodesk account to proceed.

11. Click “Allow” to grant access.

12. After signing in, select “Continue.”

13. Complete and customize the required fields, then select "Continue."

14. Click “Test step.”

15. Select "Publish" to complete the integration.

16. Completing these steps will integrate Calendly with Flodesk, boosting your content management and productivity.
