1. Head over to the left-side panel and then click 'Create'.

2. Choose 'Zaps' from the list of options.

3. After that, click 'Trigger' to start the integration process.

4. Find and select 'GetResponse' from the available integration options.

5. Next, choose your preferred 'Trigger Event'.

6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards.

7. Subsequently, enter the API credentials of your GetResponse account into their respective input fields and then click 'Yes, Continue to GetResponse'.

8. Once done, tap 'Test Trigger' to run your inputs.

9. Click 'Continue' afterwards.

10. Following that, find 'SurveyMonkey' and choose it as the Action app.

11. Next, tap the drop-down menu and choose the 'Action Event' you prefer to use.

12. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your SurveyMonkey account.

13. Subsequently, specify the data center assigned to your SurveyMonkey account and then click 'Yes, Continue to SurveyMonkey'.

14. Tap 'Authorize' afterwards to proceed.

15. One by one, fill out the input fields with the required information.

16. Once done, tap 'Continue' to publish and activate the integration.

17. After completing these steps, your GetResponse account will be integrated instantly with SurveyMonkey.
