1. Go to the left-side panel and then click 'Create'.

2. Choose 'Zaps' from the list of options.

3. After that, click 'Trigger' to start the integration process.

4. Search for 'Klaviyo' and select it from the suggested results.

5. Next, choose your preferred 'Trigger Event'.

6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your Klaviyo account.

7. Subsequently, click 'Allow' to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

8. Provide the information needed to configure the Trigger.

9. Once done, click 'Continue' to run your inputs and test the Trigger.

10. Click 'Continue' afterwards.

11. Following that, find 'SurveyMonkey' and choose it as the Action app.

12. Next, click the drop-down menu and specify the 'Action Event' you prefer to use.

13. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your SurveyMonkey account.

14. Subsequently, specify the data center assigned to the SurveyMonkey and then click 'Yes, Continue to SurveyMonkey'.

15. Click 'Authorize' afterwards to proceed.

16. One by one, fill out the input fields with the required information.

17. Once done, tap 'Continue' to publish and activate the integration.

18. After completing these steps, your Klaviyo account will be integrated instantly with SurveyMonkey.
