How to Integrate Microsoft Teams with Outlook



Guide

  1. In Make, click 'Create a new scenario' to start building your automation workflow.

  2. In the scenario editor, search for 'Microsoft Outlook' click on it to add to your scenario.

  3. Choose a trigger for your Microsoft Outlook.

  4. Authenticate your Outlook account by clicking 'Add'.

  5. Click 'Accept' to grant access.

  6. Add relevant details for your trigger and click 'OK'.

  7. Connect and add Microsoft Teams.

  8. Choose the action you want to perform in Teams.

  9. Set up the workflow to define how changes in Outlook trigger actions in Microsoft Teams and click 'OK'.

  10. After setting up the scenario, click on 'Run once' to test the connection.
