1. Click 'Create' and select 'Zap' to start a new automation.

2. Search for and select 'Notion' as your trigger app.

3. Select a trigger event, such as 'Create Database Item' or 'Update Database Item'.

4. Sign in to your Notion account and grant Zapier access.

5. Specify the conditions that will trigger the Zap.

6. Click 'Test trigger' to continue.

7. Click 'Continue with selected record'.

8. Search for and select 'OneNote' as the action app.

9. Select an action event, such as 'Create Note' or Append Note'.

10. Sign in to your OneNote account and grant Zapier access.

11. Specify the details based on the data from Notion.

12. Ensure the action is successfully carried out in OneNote based on the Notion trigger.

13. Rename your Zap, just click the 'Untitled Zap' to change the name.

14. Click 'Publish' to activate your Zap.
