1. Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar.

2. In the search bar, type 'Azure Pipelines' and select the Azure Pipelines app from the results.

3. Click the 'Add to Slack' button.

4. Click the drop-down menu to choose a channel to post your Azure Pipelines.

5. Select 'Allow' to grant Azure Pipelines access to your Slack workspace.
