Guide

1. Go to Setup on the top right.

2. Use the Quick Find bar and search for "Outlook Integration and Sync."

3. Toggle this ON.

4. Click here to reveal the rest of the settings.

5. Click here to Assign Permission Sets to define who can use the inbox.

6. Click on Microsoft AppSource

7. You will be redirected to the Microsoft App Source Store.

8. Click on Get it now to install the integration.

9. Sign in to your Microsoft account to establish the connection.
