Salesforce - Log a call



Guide

  1. Head over to Leads in the menu bar at the top.

  2. Click on the lead whose call you want to log.

  3. Look for a telephone icon on the right column (If you don't find it there, look for Call Log under the Activity tab)

  4. Provide a subject and a comment based on the conversation you had with the lead.

  5. Hit Save.

  6. You will get a prompt saying your task was created.
