Guide

1. Head over to Leads in the top menu bar.

2. Select the duplicate lead that you want to merge.

3. Salesforce will automatically give you a prompt saying your lead is a duplicate.

4. Click on the View Duplicates in the prompt.

5. Make sure both the boxes for the duplicate leads are checked. And hit Next.

6. Compare the leads and hit Save.

7. And finally, on the Confirm merge page, hit Merge.

8. You will see a success prompt saying your leads were merged.
