1. Navigate to Dashboards in the menu bar on the top.

2. Select All Dashboards in the left pane.

3. Click on the down arrow button of the dashboard you want to share. And select Move from the dropdown.

4. Since dashboards cannot be shared directly, you'll need to share the folder where they're located.

5. You can also create a New Folder for a dedicated dashboard if you want to limit what you share.

6. Now let's locate the folder your dashboard is under. Head to All Folders in the left pane.

7. Select the folder to which you added your dashboard and click on the down arrow to reveal a dropdown.

   You will find the Share option there.

8. You can choose the group with which you'd like to share the folder.

9. You can also decide the access level by choosing between View, Edit, or Manage access.

10. In the Names field, select the users you want to share the dashboard with.

11. Finish by clicking on the Done button.
