1. Go to "AI Speakers" on the left-hand side of the window.

2. Click "+ New speaker."

3. Enter a name of your new AI speaker and click "Confirm."

4. Record yourself reading the script as prompted.

5. You have the option to "Re-record" or "Submit."

6. Go to your project or create a new project.

7. Assign it to your voice clone.

8. Write a script or generate one with AI.

9. Click the play button. Descript will convert the text into speech, and you can play it to hear your clone read the script.
