How to use gitlab personal access token

Login to your account on Gitlab and click on your avatar/profile.
Select "Edit profile."
Navigate the toolbar and select "Access tokens."
Click on the "Add new token" button.
Fill in the appropriate fields as necessary (Token name, Exp. Date).
For added security, set a specific scope for your tokens. Select options carefully.
Complete the process by clicking the "Create Personal Access Token" button.
