1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger" and search for Notion to select it.

3. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Database Item" or "Updated Database Item," to determine when updates should be sent to Slack.

4. Authorize Zapier to access your Notion account.

5. Select the Notion database you want to monitor for updates.

6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects changes in your Notion database.

7. Add Slack as the action app.

8. Choose an action event, such as "Send Channel Message" or "Send Direct Message," to decide how notifications are sent.

9. Authorize Zapier to access your Slack account.

10. Enter a Channel name.

11. Run a test to verify that updates in Notion trigger notifications in Slack.

12. Once the test is successful, turn on your Zap to automate the integration.
