HubSpot - How to Add a Personalized Email Signature: step-by-step guide
Navigate to Marketing > Email.
Create a new email or edit an existing one.
Click where you want to insert the signature in the email body.
Click on Personalize in the rich text toolbar.
Select Contact from the Type dropdown menu and search for Contact Owner.
From the User property dropdown, choose Signature.
Click Insert.
You will see a personalization token appear on the email body. This will create a personalized signature for your email outreaches.
