Salesforce - how to add help text in salesforce

Guide
Go to Setup > Object Manager.
Select the object where you want to add the help text (e.g., Contact, Opportunity).
Click on Fields and Relationship.
Click on the field you want to add help text to. (Ex Website)
And, click on Edit.
Enter your desired help text here. You can use up to 510 characters.
Hit Save.
