Salesforce - How to Add Utility Bar in Salesforce

In the Quick Find box, type "App Manager" and click on it.
From the list of apps, locate the Lightning app where you want to add the utility bar. And Click on options button.
Click on Edit.
Click on Utility Items in the left pane.
You'll see a list of available components you can add to the utility bar.
After selecting the item, click Save.
