1. First, open the Miro board where you want to add your video content.

2. You can choose between uploading your own video or embedding from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo.

3. For YouTube or Vimeo videos, simply paste the video URL into the embed field and click Add.

4. Resize your video by dragging the corners, just like you would with any other element on your board.

5. Click on the video to access playback controls and adjust settings like autoplay or looping.

6. Double-click on the video to play it directly within your board, no need to open external links.
