Guide

1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.

2. Click on the 'Trigger' field to select the event.

3. Search and select 'Typeform' as your trigger app.

4. Select 'New Entry' as the trigger event.

5. Connect your Typeform account to Zapier by logging in and authorizing access.

6. Select the specific form you want to monitor for responses and click 'Continue'.

7. Click 'Test trigger'.

8. Search and select 'Linear' as the action app.

9. Select 'Create Issue' as the action event.

10. Connect your Linear account.

11. Configure the event details and click 'Continue'.

12. Click 'Test step'.

13. Once the test is successful, click 'Publish'.
