1. Click on your avatar or profile icon in the top right corner.

2. Select 'Personal settings'.

3. To adjust email notifications, go to 'Notification Settings' and click 'Projects and issues'.

4. You can adjust the notifications to receive for issues you're involved with, such as when an issue is assigned to you or when you comment on an issue by disabling the slider.

5. Adjust or disable specific notifications for that issue or project.

6. That's it! You can easily adjust email notifications in Jira by turning off the notifications.
