Guide

1. Go to Setup on the top right.

2. Search for Flows under Process Automation in the Quick Find menu.

3. Click New Flow and choose a flow type.

4. For example, Record Triggered Flow.

5. Use the Flow Builder to visually design your automation.

6. Choose the Object that triggers the workflow.

7. Configure the trigger based on the available options. (Eg. When a record is created)

8. Next, enter the Condition Requirements. (Eg. When conditions are met.)

9. Add the rest of the Entry Conditions.

10. Save the flow and Activate it.
