1. Open a project.

2. Navigate to the 'Customize' menu.

3. Select 'Forms'.

4. This is how your form will look like. You may add details such as name, email, and an image for your form.

5. Click the 'Done' button.

6. You can share your form via email.

7. Click 'Share form' once you have your recipient.

8. You can also copy the link of your form and share it via social media platforms.
