How to Create Basic Contact Lists in SendGrid

  1. On SendGrid's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click 'Marketing'.

  2. Choose 'Contacts' from the list of options.

  3. After that, tap 'Create' at the top-right corner.

  4. Click 'New List' to proceed.

  5. Provide a unique List Name and then tap 'Save List'.

  6. After completing these steps, your basic contact list will be created. You can now add contacts manually or upload a CSV file.
