How to Delete Duplicate Contacts in Activecampaign

Navigate your mouse to the 'Contacts' menu.
Enter a contact to search.
Click the contact that has a duplicate.
Click the drop down menu beside the 'Send a Campaign' option.
Choose 'Merge'.
A modal will appear that contains a duplicated contact and click 'Merge'.
Click 'Next' to proceed.
Check each checkbox.
Click 'Merge' to delete the abandoned duplicate contact once you’ve checked it’s not connected to anything important.
