1. Open the Descript project that contains the video you want to download.

2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click the "Publish" button.

3. Choose the "Export" option.

4. Select the "Video" option to export the project as a video file.

5. Adjust a few export settings depending on your needs.

6. Adjust resolution settings, quality, or apply other settings depending on the features of your project.

7. Once you’ve set up your preferred settings, click the "Export" button to start the processing of your video file.
