Inside Adobe Acrobat's PDF editor, access the floating menu bar on the left-side corner and click the 'Fill in Form Fields' icon
Choose 'Circle Around' from the list of options.
After that, head over to your PDF page and then click anywhere to add the box.
Subsequently, grab the circular handle attached to the selection and then drag it to resize the box based on your preferences.
After completing these steps, the box will be created and added to your PDF file.
