1. Inside Constant Contact's email editor, head over to the left-side panel and find the 'Video' block. Grab and drag it to the main workspace for further customization.

2. After that, tap the 'Video' block to proceed.

3. Go to the floating menu bar, then click 'Edit'.

4. Click the input field and enter the link of the YouTube video you wish to embed.

5. Subsequently, click 'Change Thumbnail' if you wish to customize the preview image of the YouTube video in your email. At the same time, you may also add an alt text in case you want to. Simply enter it into the provided input field.

6. Once done, click 'Insert' to apply the changes.

7. After completing these steps, the YouTube video will be embedded in your Constant Contact email.
