1. Go to the Instagram website and find the post you want to embed.

2. Click on the three dots (•••) at the top right of the post.

3. Select "Embed" from the dropdown menu.

4. Click "Copy Embed Code".

5. Go to your WordPress and navigate to the post or page where you want to embed the Instagram post or click "New."

6. Click on the “+” icon to add a new block.

7. Search for and select the “Custom HTML” block.

8. Paste the embed code into the Custom HTML block.

9. Click on the "Preview" button to see how the post will look with the embedded Instagram post.

10. Once you’re satisfied, click "Publish" or "Update" to save your changes.
