Website product tour
Let visitors try your product before they talk to sales.
Recipe
- Capture the 5–8 screens that show your main value. Use an HTML demo so it looks sharp at any size.
- Edit:
- Start with a popup that says what the viewer will see in one line.
- Add hotspots on the 3–5 key clicks.
- Match your brand with Theme and Background.
- Capture leads: add a lead form halfway or before the final step.
- End with a call to action: a popup with "Start free trial" and "Book a demo" buttons.
- Embed it on your homepage, product pages or pricing page. See Embed on website or your platform's guide, such as Webflow.
- Measure completion and drop-off in Sessions.
Tips
- Keep it under 10 steps. Show the "aha" moment, not every feature.
- Exclude your team's IPs before launch.
- Want visitors to ask questions too? Add an AI Demo Agent that opens the right demo for each question.
